Line Description

the processing line is composed of roller elevator ,bubble washing machine ,brush washing machine drying machine  and  grading machine .

The line is aimed at achieve tomato cleaning and sorting after harvest

    

    

    

    

    

bubble washing machine

1) it is bubble washing, with a high -pressure to spray bubble  

2) wash the dust and dirty on the vegetable and fruit surface skin

3) full stainless steel material, hygiene and healthy washing machine

4)after bubble turning and rolling washing, tomato be washed by water flushing, so very  hygiene .

brush washing machine

1) it is brush washing, with a high -pressure to spray on the top

 2) wash out  the dust and dirty on the vegetable and fruit surface skin

 3) full stainless steel material, hygiene and healthy washing machine

4)after brushwashing and spraying clean water, tomato be washed hygiene in the end .

drying machine

1) with spraying system at the begining ,will give the fruit and vegetables a third cleaing .

2)with a fan system and the roller ,tomato will be dried while rolling on the machine

grading machine

grading the tomato by different diameter between the rollers .the sorting grade can be adjusted
