Introduction

1.application scope 

Air shower room is the cleaning equipment which is used in medicine, health, fresh and cooked food processing, precise instrument, aeronautic and other industries. the main purpose is to remove dust and hair and other dirty things on the surface of clothes through clean air before the worker enter into workshop and to prevent taking the dust into workshop through filtering .

2.Procedure

Non-return:workers approach the front door when enter workshop,at the same time,door open automatically by reacting infrared inductor,the door closed automatically when worker enter into the air shower room.lights light and spraying start,the spraying finish after 6-8 seconds,the spraying is end ,the back door open,worker enter into workshop.

Cut through way:during the rush hour,the open door and close door can open at the same time,worker can enter into workshop directly and shorten time.

 3.Features

We change the original equipment from integral to subsection. We can make it according to your requirements about the specification. It can install in the old workshop and new and save cost.

 4.Technology data

a. Material and configuration: main body concludes panel,inner platform,inner ceiling,outer platform,door frame that is 304s.s.and 1.0mm thickness,the inner bottom board is 304s.s.and 3.0mm anti-skidding panels,bottom board is 50*50mm and 1.5 thickness  stainless steel tube.The inner air bellow and air flue are anti-skidding and corrosion resisting material,the tightness is good.The way of wind transmission is air bellow ,wind flue and wind tube that can make the noisy low and uniformity.

b. stainless steel,wind from two sides and top,embedded installation,the direction of spraying can be adjusted.

c. efficiency of filter:primary efficiency filter,middle efficiency filter and high efficiency filter.The theory of spraying :filter-centrifugal fan -static pressure air bellow-wind tray-tube of wind dividing-sprayer spray wind-inner circulating wind.

d. air bellow:high pressure and huge wind air bellow(six air bellows for each air shower room).

e. automatic door:import with the original infrared inductor.The transmission part is the low noise and double speed direct current motor.

f. electric system:(Parts are digital display relay,contactor,breaker,switcher and ST3PFtime limit relay and etc.

g. Lighting:surface mounted in room.The light is the automatic light when you enter and exit the door(it doesn't close during blowing).
